Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer applied to your vehicle's exterior surfaces that chemically bonds with the factory paint, creating a permanent, glass-like protective layer. It provides extreme hydrophobic properties, UV resistance, chemical resistance, and an enhanced gloss that lasts for years.
How long does ceramic coating last?
Our professional-grade ceramic coatings are warranted for 2–5 years depending on the package. With proper maintenance including regular pH-neutral washes, many coatings continue performing well beyond their warranty period.
Does ceramic coating prevent scratches?
Ceramic coating provides a harder surface than factory clear coat (9H hardness rating) and resists light swirl marks and surface marring. However, it does not prevent stone chips or deep scratches — for that level of protection, we recommend combining ceramic coating with PPF.
How much does ceramic coating cost?
Our ceramic coating packages start from £800 for a Signature single-layer application, £1,500 for the popular Elite two-layer package, and £2,950 for the Pinnacle three-layer graphene-infused treatment. All packages include paint correction as standard.
Is ceramic coating worth it?

What is the difference between ceramic coating and wax?
Traditional wax lasts weeks to months and offers minimal protection. Ceramic coating chemically bonds to the paint for years of protection, offering significantly harder surface protection (9H), superior hydrophobic performance, better UV resistance, and easier maintenance.
Can you apply ceramic coating over PPF?
Yes — and we strongly recommend it. Applying ceramic coating over PPF creates the ultimate protection: self-healing physical defence from PPF topped with the extreme hydrophobic and chemical resistance of ceramic. This is our most popular premium combination.
How long does ceramic coating application take?
Including paint correction preparation, ceramic coating takes 2–5 days depending on the vehicle's condition and the package selected. The coating also requires curing time in our controlled environment before the vehicle can be exposed to water.
Do I need paint correction before ceramic coating?
Yes. Paint correction is essential before ceramic coating because the coating will seal in any existing defects. All of our ceramic coating packages include paint correction as standard — we never apply coating over imperfect paintwork.
What brand of ceramic coating do you use?
We use professional-grade ceramic coatings from leading manufacturers including Gtechniq, Gyeon, and CarPro. These brands offer the highest hardness ratings, longest durability, and most comprehensive professional warranties available.
Can I wash my car normally after ceramic coating?
Yes, but we recommend using pH-neutral car shampoo and the two-bucket wash method. Avoid automatic brush car washes, which can introduce micro-scratches. Touchless car washes are acceptable. Your aftercare kit includes pH-neutral shampoo to get you started.
Does ceramic coating make my car scratch-proof?
No coating makes a vehicle scratch-proof. Ceramic coating provides a significantly harder surface than factory clear coat, which resists light swirl marks and surface marring. For protection against stone chips and deeper damage, combine ceramic coating with PPF.
